Roberto Minetti

Mr. Minetti graduated in 1992 in Economics from the University of Genoa. He’s a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants in Genoa, as well as a registered statutory auditor with the MEF.

He was co-founder of Studio Associato Legale Tributario and formerly head of the consulting department of Ernst&Young. He has carried out broad-spectrum activities of national and international fiscal and accounting assistance, fiscal and administrative control of Italian branches of multinational corporations, tax litigation, due-diligence, company assessment. He’s specialized in people mobility – immigration and relocation services for Italian and foreign workers or EU or non-EU citizens moving into or out of Italy for personal reasons. He’s authorized to practice as a labor law consultant.

Furthermore, he holds various corporate positions such as sole statutory auditor, member of both the Auditor Board and the board of directors.
